What a client sees.

A client signs in to a portal with only the campaigns and inbox you assigned. Your other clients, the mailboxes you did not grant and your billing are not there.

Is the portal white-label? No. Portals carry the Fuzegenai name. There is no custom domain or custom branding today.

A workspace for every client.

Your team moves between client workspaces from one login.

Mailboxes
Each client's own, warmed up and scored separately.
Campaigns and leads
Sequences and lead lists stay in the client's workspace.
Suppression list
One client's unsubscribe never blocks another client's lead.
Reporting
Analytics are per workspace. Each client's numbers stay their own.

Each client is walled off.

What a client cannot see is enforced in the backend, not hidden in the interface.

Reports
Every rollup, chart and analytics query a client sees is narrowed to the campaigns and mailboxes you granted. Nothing else is counted.
Inbox
A client can open and reply only on threads in its own campaigns. Other threads return not found, not a redacted view.
Workspaces
Nothing crosses a workspace. A client of one workspace cannot read, move or delete anything in another, whatever the role.

These guarantees are covered by automated tests.

Roles for your team, a portal for your client.

Invite a client by email. Hide the reply categories you keep internal. Revoke access any time.

Workspace roles in Fuzegenai, who they suit and what they can do.
Owner and adminWho it suits: Your agency's leadsWhat they can do: Run the workspace: people, settings, integrations and billing.
EditorWho it suits: Your campaign operatorsWhat they can do: Run campaigns, mailboxes, warmup and replies.
ViewerWho it suits: Stakeholders who only lookWhat they can do: Read-only: campaigns, leads, the inbox and analytics. No integrations, API keys or billing.
ClientWho it suits: The client themselvesWhat they can do: Sees only the campaigns and inboxes you assign. Nothing from other clients.

Team permissions need the Professional plan or above.

Sell strategy, not firefighting.

The checks run themselves. Your hours go to the list, the offer and the copy.

Moving a client over? See importing from Instantly, Smartlead and MailerLite.

Approvals
Turn on campaign approval and a junior's campaign waits for an admin or owner before it launches.
Imports
Bring a new client's Instantly or Smartlead campaigns into their workspace with an API key.
AI drafts
Openers, subject lines and replies are drafted inside each client's workspace. You approve every one.
Checks
DNS checks, warmup and the pre-send spam score run on their own, for every client.

One client's bad week stays that client's.

Reputation is scored per mailbox. A slipping one sends less, or pauses while warmup rebuilds it. Every other client carries on.

How deliverability works

Sized by clients and mailboxes.

Each client is a workspace. Mailboxes are counted per workspace, so every client gets its own allowance.

Emails, contacts and active campaigns are shared across all the workspaces you own. Each mailbox still sends inside its own daily cap, which is what protects its reputation.

A pilot runs on Professional: that is where team permissions and client portals start.

How are clients kept separate?
Each client gets its own workspace, with its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads and suppression list. A person on your team can belong to several workspaces and switch between them.
What does a client see in their portal?
Only what you assign: the campaigns you share with them and the inboxes you share with them. You can hide reply categories you would rather they did not see, and you can revoke access at any time. They never see another client's work.
Is the client portal white-label?
No. Client portals carry the Fuzegenai name. There is no custom domain or custom branding for portals today, and we would rather say so than let you find out after you have invited a client.
How many clients can I run?
Professional includes 10 workspaces and 50 mailboxes. Enterprise includes 50 workspaces and 250 mailboxes, with limits that can be tailored to how you work.
Does one client's bad mailbox affect another client?
No. Reputation is scored per mailbox, and a mailbox whose score falls is given less to send or paused. That decision is made for that mailbox alone, so another client's campaigns carry on untouched.
Can I bring existing client campaigns from another tool?
Yes. You can import campaigns from Instantly or Smartlead into the client's workspace with an API key, so you are not rebuilding each client's sequences by hand.

Every client's outbound, from one login.
