Sending mailboxes, connected and warmed up

Every mailbox you send from, in one place.

Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox. Each gets a daily limit, sending window and warmup. Unhealthy ones stay out of campaigns.

14-day trial, no credit card.

Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP or IMAP mailbox.

  • Two-factor authentication
  • SAML and OIDC single sign-on
  • Audit log
  • GDPR request and deletion tools
  • Encrypted mailbox credentials

Connect once. It goes to work three ways.

However it arrives, a mailbox is checked and given its limits. Warmup, campaigns and the unified inbox then use it.

Set it per mailbox, or for all at once.

Protective settings belong to each mailbox. Change one, or select many and change them together.

No password to hand over

Google and Microsoft mailboxes connect through the provider's own sign-in.

Add many at once

Import a CSV, or have a Google Workspace administrator authorise the whole domain.

A sending window per mailbox

Choose its sending days, start and end hours, and whether it pauses at weekends.

A daily limit per mailbox

Counted across every campaign it belongs to. No single address is pushed too hard.

See what needs attention

Saved views filter to mailboxes that are failing, warming up or actively sending.

Sample data

A disconnect does not lose your sends

An inactive mailbox sits out while the others carry on. Once it is back, reschedule its failed sends.

From connected to sending, without you.

No mailbox goes straight into a campaign. It is checked and warmed up first.

How deliverability works

Mailbox access is a serious thing to hand over.

Here is exactly how Fuzegenai holds it.

Provider sign-in for Google and Microsoft

Fuzegenai never sees the password. Revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.

Encrypted credentials for SMTP

SMTP and IMAP credentials are stored encrypted. Test the connection before you save them.

A record of what changed

Each mailbox has an activity log. The workspace audit log records changes to settings and access.

How many mailboxes you can connect.

Send more by adding mailboxes, not by pushing one harder. The trial includes 1 mailbox.

Which mailboxes can I connect?
Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and any mailbox that supports SMTP and IMAP. Google and Microsoft mailboxes connect by signing in. An SMTP mailbox is added with its server details, and you can test the connection before you save it.
Do you store my email password?
Not for Google or Microsoft. Those connect through the provider's own sign-in, so Fuzegenai never sees the password and you can revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time. SMTP and IMAP mailboxes do need credentials, and those are stored encrypted.
Can I add many mailboxes at once?
Yes. You can import a list of mailboxes from a CSV file. If your company uses Google Workspace, an administrator can also authorise Fuzegenai for the whole domain, so mailboxes can be connected without each person signing in one by one.
How many mailboxes can I connect?
Starter includes 10 mailboxes, Professional 50 and Enterprise 250. The free trial includes 1 mailbox.
Can each mailbox have its own limits and schedule?
Yes. Every mailbox has its own daily sending limit, counted across all your campaigns, and its own sending window: the days it may send on, a start and end hour, and an option to pause at weekends. You can change these for one mailbox or for many at once.
What happens if a mailbox disconnects?
It is marked inactive and left out of sending, so campaigns carry on from your other mailboxes. You can turn on auto-reconnect, and once a mailbox is back you can reschedule the sends that failed while it was away.
How do I know which mailboxes need attention?
The accounts screen shows each mailbox's status, reputation, DNS checks, warmup progress and daily usage. Saved views filter it down to the mailboxes that are failing, the ones still warming up, or your active senders.
