For sales teams

Cold email for sales teams that books meetings without burning a domain.

Every email is checked before it sends. Every reply lands in one inbox. Meetings book from the thread.

From first reply to closed deal.

Follow one reply from the inbox to revenue.

  1. A reply lands, already labelled

Replies from every rep's mailboxes arrive in one inbox, tagged by intent.

  2. Book the meeting from the thread

Pick a time, and the calendar invite carries a Google Meet or Zoom link.

  3. The deal moves in your CRM

Salesforce and Pipedrive sync stages both ways, so nobody updates two tools.

  4. Revenue lands on the campaign

Mark the deal won and see what each campaign and each reply earned.

The CRM is the source of truth.

Keep your CRM current without copying anything across by hand.

How a team shares domains without wrecking them.

Ten reps on one domain is where reputation usually goes wrong. These rules run per mailbox, whoever built the campaign.

Each mailbox has its own daily limit

Set from 1 to 500 emails a day, in bulk if you like. The limit belongs to the mailbox, not the campaign, so three reps' campaigns on one mailbox draw on the same number. Volume comes from more mailboxes, not from pushing one harder. How the limits stack.

Rotation picks the least-used mailbox

Select several mailboxes for a campaign and each email goes to the active one that has sent the least so far. Mailboxes still warming are skipped until they are ready.

A weak mailbox sends less, on its own

Every mailbox has a reputation score out of 100 over a rolling 14 days: inbox placement, bounces, complaints and authentication. Below 50 it drops to about a fifth of its limit. Below 25 it stops sending campaigns and goes back to warmup. What feeds the score.

Managers approve before launch

Turn on Require campaign approval and a campaign built by anyone below admin waits for an approver. If it is edited after approval, the approval is marked stale so the reviewer sees the change.

One reply stops the right people

Stop rules end the sequence for a lead who replies, can stop a whole company on one reply, and can treat out-of-office replies as a stop. Two reps never chase the same account by accident.

Coaching from the step that worked

Reply rate is shown per sequence step, so you can see where a sequence loses people. Opens are an estimate and clicks can come from security scanners; replies are the number to coach on. How far to trust each number.

Give every rep a seat. Keep the keys.

Roles decide who launches and who only reads. Turn on approvals and a rep's campaign waits for a manager.

Things outbound teams ask before signing up.

Don't see your question? Ask us. A person who builds the product will answer.

Can you guarantee my emails land in the inbox?
Nobody honest can. What we do is stop the things that send mail to spam: every email is spam-scored before it leaves and held at 2.0, warming mailboxes never send campaigns, and a campaign pauses itself if bounces pass 3%.
How do I move over from Instantly or Smartlead?
Paste an API key and the importer brings your campaigns and leads across, with Instantly sequences and schedules too. There is a MailerLite importer as well. Reconnect your mailboxes and they warm up here before they send.
What's in the free trial?
14 days, no credit card. One mailbox, 50 emails, one active campaign and 1,000 contacts, so you can watch DNS checks and warmup work on your own domain. Pick a plan when you want to send more.
Which integrations are supported?
Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP mailbox. Salesforce and Pipedrive sync both ways, HubSpot imports contacts. Google Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Calendly, Cal.com, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n and a REST API.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export any campaign's leads to CSV or Excel whenever you like, and leave with everything you brought.
How is my workspace secured?
Two-factor authentication and single sign-on on every plan, roles for every teammate, and an audit log kept for up to a year on Enterprise. Import keys are encrypted at rest.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from billing settings at any time. There is no contract and no per-seat fee.
Is AI writing my emails?
Only when you ask. The assistant drafts openers, subject lines, replies and whole campaigns, and you approve every one before it goes anywhere.
