Day one: connect and check DNS
Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with their own sign-in, or any mailbox over SMTP and IMAP. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked before the mailbox starts warming. If a record is missing, this guide has the exact records to add.
The first weeks: warmup while you build
Warmup climbs seven levels, from 2 to 80 sends a day, and each level takes at least three days with clean bounces. A warming mailbox never sends campaign mail, so you write the sequence and build the list while it earns its history.
Every send: the checks you would forget
Each campaign email is scored by rspamd before it leaves. At 2.0 or above it is not sent. Leads are verified at launch, and a campaign pauses itself if bounces pass 3% after ten sends.

How the limits split
Mailboxes are counted per workspace: up to 10 in each. Emails, contacts and campaigns are counted across every workspace you own, so 3 clients share 10,000 emails a month, about 3,333 each.

Limits are hard stops. When the monthly allowance is used, sending pauses until it resets. There are no per-email charges. Credits are only for enrichment and AI actions, and only if you want them.

Should I send from my main domain?
No. Use a second domain or a subdomain for cold email, so a bad week of outreach never touches your invoices or your everyday mail. Why and how.
What does the trial include?

Can I bring my own lists?
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel, paste addresses, or import from Google Sheets. Leads are matched by email, so duplicates are skipped, and any extra column becomes a custom field you can merge into your emails.
How do I know an email will not land in spam?
Nobody can promise that. You can see what a real filter thinks of your copy before you send it: paste it into the free spam checker, which scores it with rspamd against the same 2.0 line.
