Email verification
Email verification that stops bounces before they cost you a domain.
Every lead is checked before a campaign emails it. Verify a whole list in one click, free.
14-day trial, no credit card.
Four verdicts, each one explained.
Every address gets a clear result. Campaigns skip the ones that would bounce.
How an address is checked.
Verification runs when you launch a campaign. You do not need a separate tool or an export and re-import.
Three layers, in order
First the address syntax. Then whether the domain accepts mail at all, from its MX records. Then a check at the mailbox itself. An address has to pass each layer to reach the next.
Five results
Every lead comes back Verified, Invalid, Catch-all, Risky or Unverified. Addresses that come back Invalid are suppressed before they can bounce.
Role addresses skipped by default
info@, admin@ and support@ bounce and draw complaints more than anything else in cold outreach, so campaigns skip them. The Allow Risky Emails setting in a campaign's options changes that.
Checked once per organisation
A result is cached for your organisation, so the same address is not re-checked in every campaign that uses it.

Before every send
Each lead's address and mail server are checked before a campaign emails it.
Suppressed for good
A hard bounce or an unsubscribe never gets mail from you again.
Bounce auto-pause
A campaign pauses itself when its bounce rate passes 3%.
Verified contacts
SuperSearch can show verified contacts only, from 700,000 of them.
Email finding
Lead Finder finds missing work emails for 1 credit each.
FindyMail import
Bring verified FindyMail lists, with duplicates checked first.
When a bounce still happens.
No check catches everything. Catch-all domains accept any address at check time, and mailboxes close. This is what happens next. The full rules are in Bounces: hard, soft, and what to do.
Hard or soft, decided by the server's reply
User unknown, domain not found and SMTP codes 550, 551 and 553 are hard. Mailbox full, temporary failure and codes 421, 450, 451 and 452 are soft. If the reason is unclear, it is treated as hard.
A hard bounce is suppressed for good
The lead is marked bounced, its remaining queued emails in that campaign are cancelled, and the address joins your organisation's suppression list with the reason Hard bounce. No future campaign can email it.
Both kinds count against the mailbox
A soft bounce counts half. Each mailbox shows its own 7-day bounce rate, red above 5%, and its reputation drops with it. See mailbox health and reputation.
The campaign pauses itself at 3%
Once a campaign has at least ten sends, a bounce rate above 3% pauses it and the campaign page shows Campaign Auto-Paused with the rate it hit. Clean the list, then resume.
Checking is free
Verify leads costs nothing, on any plan, as often as you like.
Credits only for finding
Finding a new email costs 1 credit. Checking one never does.
Nothing to set up
The pre-send check runs on every campaign automatically.
Questions about verification.
Does verification mean zero bounces?
No. A catch-all domain accepts every address when it is checked and may still bounce later, and a real mailbox can be closed after the check. Verification removes the addresses that would certainly bounce. The 3% auto-pause and suppression catch the rest before they add up.
Can I check my own domain's setup for free?
Yes. The free domain checker looks at SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX without a signup. Authentication problems raise the spam score of every email you send, verified list or not.
Where do I see which addresses are suppressed?
On the Suppression page. The Records tab lists every suppressed address with its reason, and the Eligibility Checker tells you whether one specific address can receive sends. You can import and export the list as CSV.
What should I do if every campaign bounces a lot?
Look at the list source rather than the settings. Never re-import an address that has already hard bounced, and keep lists fresh. A list bought years ago will bounce however it is checked.
