What runs on every mailbox.

Deliverability is a set of jobs, not one feature.

Sample data

Warmup on a gradual ramp

Volume rises a little at a time, then holds at a maintenance level.

Sample data

Spam and Promotions rescue

Misfiled warmup email goes back to the inbox. That engagement is what warmup is for.

Sample data

A reputation score per mailbox

Scored 0 to 100, continuously. The score sets how much it sends.

Sample data

DNS checked for you

SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX, on connect and whenever you re-check.

Sample data

Every email spam-scored

Scored before it leaves. Held at 2.0 or above.

Sample data

Blocklists and Google Postmaster

Blocklist lookups, plus Postmaster reputation and complaint rate beside your stats.

Sample data

Bounces classified, not just counted

Hard and soft bounces are told apart. Hard-bouncing addresses are suppressed.

One engine between your mailboxes and their inbox.

Every email takes the same route, from the healthy mailbox that has sent the least.

Before, while and after you send.

Deliverability is decided at three moments. Fuzegenai works at all three.

In detail: the pre-send spam check and how warmup works. Or test a domain now with the free domain checker.

Before you send

Earn the mailbox a reputation first.

Sudden cold email looks like spam. Warmup exchanges real email with real mailboxes first.

While you send

Decide email by email, not campaign by campaign.

A bad template costs you a held email, not a damaged domain.

What no tool can tell you.

Deliverability pages are full of percentages. Here is what can be known.

Nobody can guarantee the inbox.

Providers decide where mail lands and tell no one. Any campaign placement percentage is an estimate. Fuzegenai quotes none.

What Fuzegenai does see.

Where warmup email lands in its seed mailboxes. Your DNS, reputation, spam scores, bounce reasons and Postmaster complaint rate.

What it records for every send.

The mailbox it left from, its spam score and that mailbox's state. When replies drop, check the record.

Deliverability, answered plainly.

What is email warmup, and do I need it?
Warmup builds a mailbox's sending history gradually, by exchanging real email with other mailboxes before and alongside your campaigns. A new mailbox that suddenly sends a lot of cold email looks like a spammer to mailbox providers. If you send cold email, you need it. Fuzegenai keeps warmup running at a lower maintenance level after a mailbox is ready.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Three DNS records that prove an email really comes from your domain. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for you. DKIM signs each message so it cannot be altered on the way. DMARC tells mailbox providers what to do with mail that fails the other two. Fuzegenai checks all three, plus MX, when you connect a mailbox, and shows which one is failing.
Can you guarantee inbox placement?
No, and nobody honestly can. Mailbox providers decide where a message lands, and they do not tell senders. What Fuzegenai controls is everything that influences that decision: authentication, warmup, sending pace, spam score and how quickly a struggling mailbox is rested.
What happens when a mailbox's reputation drops?
Each mailbox has a reputation score from 0 to 100. When it falls, that mailbox is given a smaller share of your campaigns, and a very low score pauses its campaign sending while warmup rebuilds it. Your other mailboxes carry on, so one bad mailbox does not stop a campaign.
Does Fuzegenai help with Google and Yahoo's bulk sender rules?
It covers the parts a sending tool can. It checks that SPF, DKIM and DMARC are in place, adds standard one-click unsubscribe headers to every campaign email and honours unsubscribes across campaigns, and shows your spam complaint rate from Google Postmaster Tools beside your sending stats.
What does the spam score do?
Every campaign email is scored before it leaves, using the same kind of filter mailbox providers run. An email that scores too high is held instead of sent, so a badly worded template costs you a held email rather than a damaged domain.
Do you test inbox placement?
During warmup, Fuzegenai sees where warmup email lands across its network of seed mailboxes, which is where the spam and Promotions rescue comes from. It does not run an on-demand placement test for your campaign emails, and it does not claim to know which folder a campaign email landed in.

Look after the mailboxes your outbound depends on.
