Each answer describes what the product does today. The long version, in questionnaire order, is security and sign-in.

Single sign-on over OpenID Connect

Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace all work. Send us the issuer URL, client id and client secret, and we configure the provider for your email domain. SSO links to accounts created by invitation; nobody gets an account by signing in through SSO alone.

Two-factor and access removal

Password users can turn on two-factor with an authenticator app and ten backup codes. There is no SMS code. When an admin removes a member, their cached permissions expire within a minute. There is no automated directory sync today.

Audit history by plan

Sign-ins, revoked sessions, lockouts, support impersonation, API keys, approvals, data requests and exports are recorded with actor and time. History is kept 365 days on Enterprise, 180 on Professional and 30 on Starter.

Data subject requests

Export, delete, rectify and opt-out requests are tracked against a 30-day deadline. An export pulls everything the workspace holds on one address. A consent register keeps what each contact agreed to.

Where the data sits

The application and database run on AWS in N. Virginia (us-east-1). Google and Microsoft mailboxes connect through OAuth, so we never hold their passwords. SMTP and IMAP credentials are stored for the send workers. API keys are kept as a one-way hash. Subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy.

Limits that never bill overage

Enterprise starts at 250 mailboxes per workspace, 500,000 emails a month and 50 workspaces, and we raise any of them. Limits are hard stops: nothing sends past one and nothing is billed per email. How limits are counted.

Can you guarantee my emails land in the inbox?
Nobody honest can. What we do is stop the things that send mail to spam: every email is spam-scored before it leaves and held at 2.0, warming mailboxes never send campaigns, and a campaign pauses itself if bounces pass 3%.
How do I move over from Instantly or Smartlead?
Paste an API key and the importer brings your campaigns and leads across, with Instantly sequences and schedules too. There is a MailerLite importer as well. Reconnect your mailboxes and they warm up here before they send.
What's in the free trial?

Which integrations are supported?
Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP mailbox. Salesforce and Pipedrive sync both ways, HubSpot imports contacts. Google Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Calendly, Cal.com, Slack, Zapier, Make, n8n and a REST API.
Who owns my data?
You do. Export any campaign's leads to CSV or Excel whenever you like, and leave with everything you brought.
How is my workspace secured?
Two-factor authentication and single sign-on on every plan, roles for every teammate, and an audit log kept for up to a year on Enterprise. Import keys are encrypted at rest.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from billing settings at any time. There is no contract and no per-seat fee.
Is AI writing my emails?
Only when you ask. The assistant drafts openers, subject lines, replies and whole campaigns, and you approve every one before it goes anywhere.
