CRM, calendar, automation and API

Integrations that say what they do.

Which CRMs does Fuzegenai connect to?
HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Each one imports into a new lead list on demand: HubSpot contacts, Salesforce leads that have not been converted, and Pipedrive persons. The import reads from the CRM and writes nothing back to it.
Which plan do I need for integrations?
CRM integrations, the REST API and webhooks need the Professional plan or above. Webhook-based tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n depend on webhooks, so they need it too. Mailbox connections, calendar and meeting tools and Slack notifications are available on every plan.
Is there an API?
Yes. There is a REST API with API keys and an OpenAPI reference, webhooks for campaign, lead, email and reply events, and an MCP server for AI assistants. They are part of the Professional plan and above.
Can I connect a tool that is not listed?
Usually, through webhooks. Fuzegenai can send an event such as a reply, a bounce or a lead status change to any URL, and Zapier, Make and n8n can pass it on to the other apps you use.
Can I book meetings from a reply?
Yes. With Google Calendar connected you can schedule from the inbox and add a Google Meet or Zoom link. If you use a Cal.com or Calendly scheduling page, Fuzegenai receives its booking events.
Which fields does a CRM import read?
The section "What the CRM imports read" on this page lists them per CRM: the HubSpot contact properties, the Salesforce lead fields and the Pipedrive person fields the import requests, where the leads land and when it runs. The help center article "CRM imports: fields and direction" has the same tables.
