Sequences, mailbox rotation and A/B tests

Cold email sequences that scale without burning domains.

Multi-step sequences that stop on reply, sent across warm mailboxes. Every email is scored before it leaves.

14-day trial, no credit card.

Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any SMTP or IMAP mailbox.

  • Two-factor authentication
  • SAML and OIDC single sign-on
  • Audit log
  • GDPR request and deletion tools
  • Encrypted mailbox credentials

More volume from one mailbox burns the domain.

Push one new mailbox too hard and your emails stop arriving. Mailbox providers watch how much you send, and how fast.

One system, from your domain to their reply.

Most stacks bolt warmup onto a sender. Here each layer knows what the others are doing.

  1. 1

    Connect

Add Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox. Import lists by CSV.

  2. 2

    Protect

Fuzegenai checks your DNS, then warms every mailbox gradually.

  3. 3

    Build

Write your emails and the waits between them. Follow-ups stop on a reply.

  4. 4

    Send

Every email is spam-scored, then leaves from the least-loaded healthy mailbox.

  5. 5

    Monitor

Bounces, blacklists and Google Postmaster data sit beside your stats. A slipping mailbox sends less.

  6. 6

    Convert

Replies land in one inbox, labelled by intent. Answer there and book the meeting.

Email warmup, sender reputation and checks before every send.

Deliverability is not a setting. Here is every check Fuzegenai runs, and what each one does.

Deliverability checks Fuzegenai runs: what is checked, when it runs, and what happens next.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MXWhen it runs: On connect, and on every re-checkWhat happens: You see which record is failing before you send.
Warmup rampWhen it runs: Daily, from the day you connectWhat happens: Volume rises gradually, then holds at a maintenance level.
Spam and Promotions rescueWhen it runs: Throughout warmupWhat happens: Warmup email in spam or Promotions moves to the inbox. That engagement is what warmup is for.
Reputation score, 0 to 100When it runs: Continuously, for every mailboxWhat happens: A falling score means fewer sends. A very low score pauses the mailbox while warmup rebuilds it.
Spam scoreWhen it runs: Before every campaign emailWhat happens: An email that scores too high is held, not sent.
Lead verificationWhen it runs: Before a campaign sends to a leadWhat happens: Invalid addresses are skipped, so they never bounce.
Bounce classificationWhen it runs: On every bounceWhat happens: Hard and soft bounces are told apart. Hard-bounced addresses are suppressed.
Blacklists and Google PostmasterWhen it runs: On demand, and synced from your Postmaster accountWhat happens: Listings, domain reputation and spam reports sit beside your sending stats.
One-click unsubscribeWhen it runs: On every campaign emailWhat happens: List-Unsubscribe headers are added. Unsubscribes are honoured across campaigns.

Mailbox rotation that scales volume, not risk.

Send more by adding mailboxes. Campaigns rotate across the ones you choose. No single mailbox carries the load.

Plans include 10, 50 or 250 mailboxes, each with its own daily limit. Mailboxes still warming up sit out the rotation.

Cold email sequences that stop when someone answers.

Write the first email and the follow-ups once. Each step sends on schedule until the lead replies.

Step by step: launch your first campaign.

A/B testing
Test subject lines and bodies. The winner is promoted at 95% confidence.

AI for four specific jobs. You send; it drafts.

The AI prepares text for you to check, where a first draft saves time.

Draft a campaign

Describe your audience and offer. Get a sequence to edit, not a blank page.

You give
SaaS founders with 10 to 50 staff. We audit outbound setups.
You get
A three-step sequence with subject lines and waits, saved as a draft campaign.

Suggest subject lines

Alternatives for any step, ready to run as A/B variants.

You give
Quick question about {{company}}
You get
{{first_name}}, a thought on your outbound
How {{company}} handles cold email

Write an opening line

A first sentence from fields you already have: name, company and job title.

You give
Dana, Head of Sales, 40-person software company
You get
Dana — running sales at a 40-person company usually means you are also the one fixing outbound.

Draft the reply

Every reply gets a label and a draft for you to edit and send.

You give
“This is timely. Could you do Thursday afternoon?”
You get
Labelled Meeting. Draft: “Thursday works. What time suits you?”

A unified inbox for replies from every mailbox.

Thirty mailboxes should not mean thirty inboxes. Replies are collected every 30 seconds and labelled by intent.

  • Labels for interested, meeting, question, out of office
  • Reply from the mailbox the lead wrote to
  • Triage rules sort replies as they arrive
  • Book through Google Calendar, with Meet or Zoom

What is Fuzegenai?
Fuzegenai is a cold email platform with deliverability built in. You connect your mailboxes, Fuzegenai warms them up and checks their DNS, you send sequences that rotate across them, and every reply lands in one inbox.
How does Fuzegenai protect my deliverability?
It checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on each sending domain, warms every mailbox on a gradual ramp, and gives each mailbox a reputation score. Every campaign email is spam-scored before it leaves and held if it scores too high. Bounces are classified, and addresses that hard-bounce are suppressed automatically.
Does Fuzegenai warm up mailboxes?
Yes. Warmup raises each mailbox's daily volume gradually. Warmup emails that land in spam or in Promotions are moved back to the inbox, which is the signal mailbox providers look for. Once a mailbox is ready, warmup keeps running at a lower maintenance level.
Do I need more than one domain or mailbox?
For any real volume, yes. Sending hundreds of cold emails a day from one mailbox is what gets domains flagged. Fuzegenai spreads each campaign across the mailboxes you select, always choosing the least-loaded healthy one, and keeps every mailbox inside its own daily limit. Plans include 10, 50 or 250 mailboxes.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any mailbox that supports SMTP and IMAP. You can add them one at a time or import many at once from a CSV.
Can I automate follow-ups?
Yes. A sequence is a series of emails with waits between them. A lead stops receiving follow-ups as soon as they reply, and you can also stop the sequence when anyone at their company replies. Sends go out inside the sending window you set, in each lead's own timezone.
Can I A/B test my emails?
You can test subject lines and email bodies against each other on any step. Fuzegenai promotes the winner once the result reaches 95% confidence with at least 100 sends per variant. A/B testing is part of the Professional plan and above.
What does the AI actually do?
Four things: it drafts a campaign from a short description, suggests subject lines, writes an opening line from a lead's name, company and title, and drafts replies while labelling each incoming reply by intent. You review and send; nothing goes out on its own.
Does it work with my CRM?
Leads can be imported from HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Slack receives notifications, and Zapier, Make and n8n connect through webhooks. CRM integrations, the REST API and webhooks are part of the Professional plan and above.
Is Fuzegenai suitable for agencies?
Yes. Each client can have its own workspace, team members get roles, and client portals let a client see only the campaigns and replies you share with them.
Can I move from Instantly or Smartlead?
Yes. Connect your Instantly or Smartlead account and import your campaigns into Fuzegenai, so you are not rebuilding them by hand. There is also an importer for MailerLite.
What happens if my emails start landing in spam?
A mailbox whose reputation score falls is automatically given a smaller share of your campaigns, and a very low score pauses it while warmup rebuilds it. The rest of your mailboxes carry on. You can see the cause in the health view: DNS problems, bounce reasons, blacklist lookups and Google Postmaster data.
Is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day free trial and you do not need a credit card to start it. The trial has lower sending limits than the paid plans. Paid plans start at $39 a month; the pricing page lists what each plan includes.

Outbound only works if it reaches the inbox.
