12. Indemnification

13. Termination

You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Services and notifying us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
15. Changes to terms
