Website visitors
Website visitor tracking for the leads you already emailed.
Know when a lead you emailed comes back to read your pricing. Add one script to your site, and clicks from your campaigns become visits on the lead, scored for buying intent.
14-day trial, no credit card.
The lead who comes back is telling you something.
When someone from your campaign returns to your site, it shows on their record the same day.
Add the script
One script tag per site. It goes live on its first page view.
Leads click through
Links in your campaigns carry a signed token to your own site.
Visits land on the lead
Every page they read appears on their timeline. Path only.
You hear first
The first visit of the day sends a notification and a webhook.
Known leads only. No guessing at anonymous traffic.
Many visitor tools look up a company from an IP address and hand you a list of businesses that might have been on your site. This works the other way round. When link tracking is on, the links in your campaign emails carry a signed token. A lead who clicks one arrives on your site already known, and from then on the script records the pages they read against their record.
That means every visit you see belongs to a real person you emailed, with a name and a thread you can answer. It also means there is nothing for a stranger's visit to show. If someone never clicked a tracked link, they are not recorded.
Visits are stored as the page path and the day. Visitors who send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are left alone. On an agency workspace, a client signed in to their portal only sees visits that came from their own campaigns. More on how clicks are counted is in tracking opens, clicks and replies.
Not just a visit. A reason to follow up.
Visit intent turns page views into a score, a level and the reasons behind it.
- Pricing and other buying pages weigh most
- Coming back on another day adds up
- Recent visits count more than old ones
- Only leads from your own emails are scored
How the intent score is worked out.
Fourteen days of visits become a score out of 100. At 30 a lead is warm, at 60 hot. The reasons are shown next to it, in words.
| Signal | How it counts |
|---|---|
| Each day with a visit | 10 points, up to 4 days |
| Each page view | 2 points, up to 10 views |
| A buying page: pricing, plans, demo, contact, trial, signup, quote | 30 points |
| Buying pages on two or more days | 10 more points |
| Last visit more than 2 days ago | Score x0.8, or x0.5 after 7 days |
In practice: one look at your home page scores 12, which is nothing. One look at pricing scores 42, which is warm. Coming back on a second day and reading pricing again reaches 60, which is hot, and that is the lead to call before they talk to anyone else.
What to do when a lead turns hot.
The first visit of the day sends you a notification, and hot and warm leads are marked in the inbox where you answer replies. A short, plain follow-up that day usually beats a fourth automated step. You do not need to mention the visit; just make it easy to reply.
Want the signal somewhere else? A site visit can trigger a workspace webhook, so Zapier, Make or n8n can alert a channel or update your CRM. See CRM integrations for how that fits with lead imports, or the API page for signed webhook details.
Setup is one script tag per domain. Add each site you own and each gets its own snippet. Visits start showing as soon as a lead clicks through from a campaign with link tracking on.
Form fills that arrive with their story.
Turn on form capture and any form with an email field becomes a lead, with where they came from.
First and latest touch
UTM tags, ad click ids and the referrer, kept on the lead.
Leads, not rows
A form fill becomes a lead you can add to a campaign.
Webhooks
A site visit can trigger Zapier, Make or n8n.
Intent in the inbox
Hot and warm leads are marked where you answer replies.
Every site you own
Add each domain and get its own snippet.
Privacy built in
No passwords, payment fields or hidden inputs. Do Not Track respected.
Add the script. See who comes back.
