What a team pays.

Apollo prices per seat, so the useful comparison is team size. Monthly list prices, before tax.

Monthly price at different volumes, Fuzegenai and Apollo
1 personFuzegenai$39 (Starter)Apollo Professional$99 (1 seat)
3 peopleFuzegenai$39 (Starter)Apollo Professional$297 (3 seats)
10 peopleFuzegenai$39 (Starter)Apollo Professional$990 (10 seats)

Fuzegenai's Starter plan includes 10 seats but caps sending at 10,000 emails and 10 mailboxes; a team sending more moves to Professional at $79. Apollo's seat price includes its database credits, which Fuzegenai sells separately.

Where Fuzegenai fits better than Apollo.

Four differences that come from how the product sends, not from a feature list.

Sending is the whole product.

Fuzegenai checks DNS when a mailbox connects, warms it on a ramp, and keeps it inside its daily limit. A campaign spreads across your mailboxes, always picking the least-loaded healthy one. The deliverability page walks through it.

Each email is checked before it goes.

rspamd scores every campaign email. Under 2.0 it sends; from 2.0 it is held for a rewrite; at 8.0 it is blocked. If scoring is unavailable, the email waits. Try a draft on the spam checker.

Seats are included.

Fuzegenai plans are priced per account, with 10 seats on Starter and 30 on Professional. A team of ten pays one plan, not ten.

Keep the data you already use.

You can keep a data tool and send from Fuzegenai. Export a list as CSV and import it into Fuzegenai, or use SuperSearch over 700,000 verified contacts.

Where Apollo is the better choice.

Apollo does some things Fuzegenai does not. If one of these is the reason you chose it, stay.

  1. 01

    Data is the main job.

Apollo's plans include access to 240M contacts and 30M companies through credits. Fuzegenai's SuperSearch covers 700,000 verified contacts. If prospect research is most of the work, Apollo has far more records.

  2. 02

Your reps call as well as email.

Apollo includes a US dialer on credits from Basic and sells an Advanced Dialer add-on. Fuzegenai sends email only.

  3. 03

    You need a free plan.

Apollo has a free plan with no time limit. Fuzegenai has a 14-day trial with lower limits, then paid plans from $39 a month.

  4. 04

One rep needs data and sending in one seat.

For a single seller who prospects and sends lightly, one Apollo seat covers both. Fuzegenai would need a separate source of contacts beyond SuperSearch.

Pick Apollo when you need a big contact database, calling and a free plan in one seat. Pick Fuzegenai when you already have contacts and want sending that is warmed, checked and throttled by mailbox, priced per account.

Moving your sending from Apollo.

No importer for this one, so it is a short manual move.

Fuzegenai has no Apollo importer. Export your contacts from Apollo as CSV and import them into a Fuzegenai lead list, with custom fields kept as columns.

Connect the mailboxes you send from, with Google, Microsoft or SMTP. Fuzegenai checks each one's DNS and starts warmup before it carries campaigns. Run your domain through the domain checker first.

Rebuild your sequences as campaigns and run each step through the spam checker. You can keep Apollo for research and use Fuzegenai only for sending.

Questions about switching from Apollo.

Answered plainly, including the ones that argue against switching.

Is Fuzegenai a replacement for Apollo?

For sending cold email, it can be. For prospect data, usually not: Apollo is built around a very large contact database, while Fuzegenai's SuperSearch covers 700,000 verified contacts. Many setups keep a data source and send from Fuzegenai.

How does pricing compare with Apollo?

Apollo is priced per seat. Fuzegenai is priced per account with seats included: Starter is $39 a month with 10 seats, and Professional is $79 with 30 seats. For a team, that difference grows with every person added. Checked October 2026.

Can I import contacts from Apollo?

There is no Apollo importer. Export your contacts from Apollo as CSV and import them into a Fuzegenai lead list; custom fields come across as columns.

What does Fuzegenai do that a sales platform does not?

It is built around the send. Each mailbox's DNS is checked on connect, it is warmed on a ramp, every campaign email is spam-scored before it leaves and held at 2.0, and a mailbox whose reputation slips is given less to send or paused.

When should I stay on Apollo?

If prospect research is most of your work, if your reps call as well as email, or if you need a free plan. Fuzegenai sends email only and has a 14-day trial rather than a free plan.
