Instantly's Credits plan for lead data is billed on top of these. Fuzegenai's enrichment credits are bought only if you want them. Mailbox caps apply on Fuzegenai and not on Instantly, so check the mailbox count you need too.

Where Fuzegenai fits better than Instantly.

Four differences that come from how the product sends, not from a feature list.

A bad template costs one held email.

Fuzegenai scores every campaign email with rspamd before it is sent. Under 2.0 it goes. From 2.0 it is held for a rewrite. At 8.0 it is blocked. If the scorer cannot be reached, the email waits rather than going out unchecked. You can try the same check on the free spam checker.

A slipping mailbox is rested on its own.

Each mailbox carries a reputation score. When it drops to bad, that mailbox sends a fifth of its usual share while warmup works on it. At very bad it stops sending campaigns. The other mailboxes on the campaign carry on. The deliverability page shows how the score is built.

One subscription for sending.

Outreach, warmup, DNS checks and the unified inbox are one plan with no per-email charges. Credits exist only for enrichment and AI actions, and sending never spends them. At 10,000 emails a month, that is the $39 Starter plan.

Your Instantly setup comes with you.

The importer brings mailboxes, campaigns with their steps and schedules, leads with their sequence progress, and full conversations. Active campaigns arrive paused, so nothing sends before you have reviewed it.

Where Instantly is the better choice.

Instantly does some things Fuzegenai does not. If one of these is the reason you chose it, stay.

  1. 01

You run a very large number of mailboxes.

Instantly includes unlimited email accounts on every plan. Fuzegenai caps mailboxes at 10, 50 and 250 by plan. If you rotate hundreds of mailboxes on a small budget, Instantly's model fits better.

  2. 02

You want a big built-in lead database.

Instantly's Credits plans open a database of 450M+ B2B leads. Fuzegenai's SuperSearch covers 700,000 verified contacts, with Lead Finder for wider searches. For volume prospecting from inside the tool, Instantly offers far more records.

  3. 03

You need inbox placement tests on demand.

Instantly includes unlimited one-time placement tests on Growth and automated tests on Hypergrowth. Fuzegenai reads placement from warmup traffic per mailbox; it does not sell an on-demand campaign placement test.

  4. 04

    Your clients expect your brand.

Instantly offers white-label for agencies on Hypergrowth and Light Speed. Fuzegenai's client portals carry the Fuzegenai name, with no custom domain or branding today.

Pick Instantly for unlimited email accounts, a large lead database and placement tests. Pick Fuzegenai when you want every campaign email checked before it leaves, mailboxes rested on their own, and one plan that covers sending.

Moving from Instantly.

An API key and a background import. Nothing sends until you review it.

Connect Instantly with an API key and the import runs in the background. It brings mailboxes with their signatures, tags and daily limits, your block list as suppressions, and campaigns with steps, A/B variants, schedules and settings.

Each campaign's leads come with their custom variables and sequence progress. Conversations come too, so a later reply lands in the same thread. Reconnect each mailbox's sign-in once, and it takes over its imported record.

Campaign analytics, webhooks and workspace members stay in Instantly. Warmup reputation does not transfer between tools, so Fuzegenai warms each mailbox itself. The full list is on how switching works.

Questions about switching from Instantly.

Answered plainly, including the ones that argue against switching.

Is Fuzegenai cheaper than Instantly?

At 10,000 emails a month, yes: Fuzegenai's Starter plan is $39 a month and covers it, while Instantly's entry Growth plan covers 5,000 emails, so the next Instantly plan up is the one that fits. The comparison can flip on mailboxes. Fuzegenai includes 10 mailboxes on Starter and 50 on Professional, and Instantly does not cap email accounts. Both are monthly list prices, checked October 2026.

What moves across from Instantly?

Mailboxes with their signatures, tags and daily limits, your block list as suppressions, campaigns with steps, A/B variants, schedules and settings, each campaign's leads with custom variables and sequence progress, and full conversations. Active campaigns arrive paused. Campaign analytics, webhooks and workspace members stay in Instantly.

Does my warmup reputation transfer from Instantly?

No. Reputation built inside one tool's warmup network does not move to another, so Fuzegenai warms each mailbox itself once you reconnect it. Your domain's own history with mailbox providers is unaffected by the move.

How does Fuzegenai's spam check work?

Every campaign email is scored by rspamd, an open-source spam filter, right before it is sent. Under 2.0 it goes out. From 2.0 it is held so you can rewrite it, and at 8.0 it is blocked. If the scorer cannot be reached, the email waits instead of going out unchecked.

Does Fuzegenai have a lead database like Instantly's?

A smaller one. SuperSearch covers 700,000 verified contacts, and Lead Finder searches wider, paid in credits at 1 credit per work email. Instantly's database is far larger. If most of your work is prospecting from inside the tool, that matters.

When should I stay on Instantly?

If you rotate a very large number of mailboxes on a small budget, need on-demand inbox placement tests, want a large built-in lead database, or resell outbound under your own brand. Fuzegenai's client portals carry the Fuzegenai name.
