lemlist's Email plan has unlimited users and senders; Fuzegenai's plans have seat and mailbox limits. lemlist's Multichannel plan is priced per user and is a different product shape, so it is not in this table.

Where Fuzegenai fits better than lemlist.

Four differences that come from how the product sends, not from a feature list.

Every send passes a spam check.

Before a campaign email leaves Fuzegenai it is scored by rspamd. It sends under 2.0, waits for a rewrite from 2.0 and is blocked at 8.0. If the scorer is down, sends wait. The spam checker runs the same check for free.

Mailboxes are rested one by one.

Each mailbox has its own reputation score. A bad score cuts that mailbox to 20% of its campaign share; a very bad one pauses it. Other mailboxes keep sending, so a campaign never stalls on one inbox.

Priced for sending, not per person.

Fuzegenai plans include several seats, so a team of five pays one plan price. Starter is $39 a month for 10,000 emails, and Professional is $79 for 100,000.

Clients kept apart.

Agencies get a workspace per client, each with its own mailboxes, leads and suppression list, and portals that show a client only their own campaigns and replies.

Where lemlist is the better choice.

lemlist does some things Fuzegenai does not. If one of these is the reason you chose it, stay.

  1. 01

    Your sequences go beyond email.

lemlist's Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn automation, SMS, a built-in dialer and a WhatsApp add-on to its sequences. Fuzegenai is email only. If calls and LinkedIn steps are part of every sequence, lemlist fits better.

  2. 02

You prospect from a large database.

lemlist lists a 650M+ leads database, with enrichment credits sold as an add-on. Fuzegenai's SuperSearch covers 700,000 verified contacts, with Lead Finder for wider searches.

  3. 03

You want unlimited users on one email plan.

lemlist's Email plan includes unlimited users and email senders for a volume price. Fuzegenai includes 10 seats on Starter and 30 on Professional, and 10 to 250 mailboxes by plan.

  4. 04

    There is no lemlist importer.

Fuzegenai can import from Instantly, Smartlead and MailerLite, not from lemlist. You would export leads as CSV and rebuild sequences by hand.

Pick lemlist when your sequences mix email with LinkedIn steps, SMS and calls, or you need a large built-in database. Pick Fuzegenai when outbound is email and you want each send checked and each mailbox protected, on one plan.

Moving from lemlist.

No importer for this one, so it is a short manual move.

Fuzegenai has no lemlist importer, so plan a manual move. Export your leads from lemlist as CSV and import them into a Fuzegenai lead list, keeping custom fields as columns.

Rebuild each sequence as a Fuzegenai campaign. Copy your steps and waits across, then run each email through the spam checker before you schedule it.

Connect your mailboxes with Google, Microsoft or SMTP. Fuzegenai checks their DNS and starts its own warmup, because warmup reputation does not move between tools. Check your sending domain first with the domain checker.

Questions about switching from lemlist.

Answered plainly, including the ones that argue against switching.

Is Fuzegenai a good lemlist alternative?

For email outbound, yes. Fuzegenai warms every mailbox, spam-scores each campaign email before it is sent and throttles mailboxes by their own reputation, from $39 a month. If your sequences also run social, SMS or call steps, lemlist does things Fuzegenai does not: Fuzegenai sends email only.

Can I import my lemlist campaigns?

Not directly. Fuzegenai imports from Instantly, Smartlead and MailerLite. From lemlist, export your leads as CSV, import them into a lead list, and rebuild your sequences as campaigns.

How is Fuzegenai priced compared with lemlist?

Fuzegenai is priced per account by sending volume, with seats included: 10 on Starter at $39 a month and 30 on Professional at $79. lemlist's email plan is priced by volume with unlimited users, and its broader plan is priced per user. Checked October 2026.

Does Fuzegenai include warmup like lemwarm?

Yes, on every plan. Warmup raises each mailbox's volume gradually, moves warmup email out of spam and Promotions, and keeps running at a lower level once the mailbox is ready.

What does Fuzegenai check before an email is sent?

Every campaign email is scored by rspamd. Under 2.0 it sends, from 2.0 it is held for a rewrite, at 8.0 it is blocked, and if the scorer is down the email waits. Each mailbox also stays inside its own daily limit and sending window.
