Do I pay extra for warmup or the unified inbox?
No. Warmup, deliverability checks, sequences and the unified inbox are part of every plan, and there are no per-email charges. Credits pay only for enrichment, such as finding emails and phone numbers, and, once AI metering is switched on, for AI actions such as drafted replies and generated campaigns. You buy them only if you want them.
Do I need to buy credits?
Not to send. Sending, warmup and the inbox never use credits. Credits pay for enrichment and AI actions, priced per action and listed on this page under what spends credits. The smallest pack is 100 credits, and you can run every plan without ever buying one.
What does the free trial include?
The trial lasts 14 days and does not need a credit card. It runs with lower limits than the paid plans: one mailbox, 50 emails a month, one active campaign and 1,000 contacts. That is enough to connect a mailbox, see its DNS and warmup status and send a first sequence.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Sending stops at the plan's monthly email limit, and new mailboxes or contacts cannot be added past their limits, so there are no surprise overage charges. You can move to a larger plan at any time.
What counts as a mailbox?
Each email address you connect to send from, whether it is on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another provider over SMTP and IMAP. Every mailbox is warmed up and scored separately and keeps its own daily sending limit.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is charged once a year and works out cheaper per month: $31 instead of $39 on Starter, and $63 instead of $79 on Professional. Enterprise pricing is agreed with our team.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your billing settings at any time. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you send more than Professional allows. Enterprise starts at 500,000 emails a month from 250 mailboxes and adds custom limits and dedicated onboarding. It has no list price: contact sales and we will price it around your volume, including any security review or contract terms.
