A campaign only sends when it is active, today is an allowed sending day, at least one selected mailbox is ACTIVE, and neither the mailbox cap nor your monthly allowance is used up. Most of those checks are silent, so work down this list in order.
1. Check the campaign status
Open the campaigns list. The badge shows DRAFT, ACTIVE, PAUSED, COMPLETED or ARCHIVED. Anything other than ACTIVE cancels queued emails. On the campaign page, use Activate campaign.
If it paused on its own, look for the Campaign Auto-Paused banner: a campaign is paused automatically when its bounce rate passes a 3% safety threshold. Clean the lead list before you resume — see Why are my emails bouncing?.
Also look for Approval pending, Approval outdated or Approval rejected. Each blocks launch until the approval is refreshed.
2. Look for "Waiting on warmup"
If every mailbox you selected is still warming, the campaigns list shows a Waiting on warmup badge and the campaign page shows a banner with a link to Open warmup dashboard. Sending starts on its own once a mailbox reaches ACTIVE. See What is domain warmup and how long does it take?.
3. Check today against the schedule
In the campaign's schedule, Days of Week is a hard gate: if today is not listed in the campaign's time zone, the email is moved to the next allowed day. Send Time is the earliest time of day a step may go out, not a closing window.
4. Check the mailboxes
On Email Accounts, a mailbox only sends campaign mail when its Status is ACTIVE. WARMING, INACTIVE and ARCHIVED do not send. Reputation matters too: a mailbox rated Bad sends a reduced share of its volume and one rated Critical is not used at all. See Mailbox health and sender reputation.
If a mailbox was disconnected, see My mailbox shows as disconnected.
5. Check the daily caps
Two caps apply: the mailbox's own daily limit across all campaigns, and any daily limit set in the campaign's options. When a cap is reached, the rest of the queue moves to the next day's first send window — nothing is lost, but nothing more goes out today. On Email Accounts, the Health column shows Limit reached for a mailbox that is done for the day. More detail in Sending limits and daily caps.
6. Check your plan allowance
Open Settings, then Billing, and read Emails sent this cycle against the plan limit. Once the monthly limit is reached, queued sends are cancelled without a message in the campaign.
7. Check the content
An email that scores too high on the pre-send spam check is never sent, and there is no badge for it. See The spam check that runs before every send.
Still stuck?
Leads that are not active, are on your suppression list, or are waiting on a sequence trigger such as "no reply" are skipped silently too. If the list above looks right and nothing is going out, send the campaign name to priority@fuzegenai.com.
