Fuzegenai imports leads from HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive into a new lead list. This page lists, per CRM, the object the import reads, the exact fields it requests or keeps, where the leads land, how many it takes per run and when it runs. The lists below are mirrored from the code and pinned by a test. CRM integrations need the Professional plan or above; see pricing.
HubSpot
| Detail | HubSpot |
|---|---|
| Direction | CRM → Fuzegenai |
| Object | Contacts that are not archived |
| Fields | email, firstname, lastname, company, phone, mobilephone, jobtitle, website, city, state, country, lifecyclestage, createdate, lastmodifieddate |
| Destination | A new lead list. The name field is pre-filled with the CRM and the date; change it before you run the import. |
| Limit | 1,000 records per run by default, up to 5,000; set it when you run the import. |
| Runs | On demand, from the Integrations page or Add leads on the Leads page. Nothing runs on a schedule. |
The import writes nothing back to the CRM. email becomes the lead's email and company its company; firstname and lastname together become the name, jobtitle the position, website the company domain, and phone is used before mobilephone. city, state, country, lifecyclestage, the two dates and the HubSpot contact id are kept on the lead as metadata.
Salesforce
| Detail | Salesforce |
|---|---|
| Direction | CRM → Fuzegenai |
| Object | Leads that have not been converted, newest modified first |
| Fields | Id, FirstName, LastName, Name, Company, Email, Phone, MobilePhone, Title, Website, City, State, Country, Status, CreatedDate, LastModifiedDate |
Converted leads already became contacts or opportunities in Salesforce, so they are left out, and with a limit in place the most recently modified leads come first. Email becomes the lead's email and Company its company; Name, or FirstName and LastName together, becomes the name, Title the position, Website the company domain, and Phone is used before MobilePhone. City, State, Country, Status, the two dates and the Salesforce lead Id are kept on the lead as metadata.
Pipedrive
| Detail | Pipedrive |
|---|---|
| Direction | CRM → Fuzegenai |
| Object | Persons. A Pipedrive campaign can also be imported, as an empty draft campaign with its name. |
| Fields | email, name, phone, org_name, id, owner_id |
| Destination | A new lead list. The name field is pre-filled with the CRM and the date; change it before you run the import. |
| Limit | 1,000 records per run by default, up to 5,000; set it when you run the import. |
| Runs | On demand, from the Integrations page or Add leads on the Leads page. Nothing runs on a schedule. |
The import writes nothing back to the CRM. Pipedrive returns whole person records; the import keeps the first email and phone, the name, the organisation name as the company, and the person and owner ids as metadata. Importing a Pipedrive campaign creates a draft campaign named "Pipedrive: " plus the campaign's name, and nothing else; it needs an API-token connection, because Pipedrive sign-in has no campaigns scope.
Running an import
- Open Integrations from the sidebar and connect the CRM, or open Leads and choose Add leads, then the CRM.
- Keep or change the pre-filled list name.
- Start the import. Each run creates a new list; running it again creates another. Leads without an email are kept only when they have a name and a company or website, so they can be enriched later.
The CRM integrations page gives the overview. For leads from a tool that is not a CRM, see CSV import or moving from Instantly, Smartlead or MailerLite.
