Plans and the free trial

What the 14-day trial includes, its limits, and what each paid plan adds.

By Fuzegenai TeamLast updated

Every new account gets a 14-day trial with no credit card. The trial runs on lower limits than the paid plans: one mailbox, 50 emails a month, one active campaign and 1,000 contacts. Paid plans are Starter, Professional and Enterprise.

What the trial includes

The trial starts when your account is created and lasts 14 days. During it you can:

  • connect 1 mailbox
  • send up to 50 emails a month
  • run 1 active campaign
  • store up to 1,000 contacts
  • own 1 workspace, with up to 3 team members

That is enough to connect a mailbox, see its DNS checks and warmup status, and send a first sequence.

The features reserved for Professional (A/B testing, advanced scheduling, CRM integrations, API access and webhooks) are not part of the trial.

When the trial ends

If no paid plan is active when the 14 days are up, the workspace is locked and sending stops. You see Your free trial has expired, and the header button changes to Upgrade now. The workspace owner picks a plan under Billing & Usage to continue. See upgrading, cancelling and invoices.

Enterprise

Enterprise has no list price. It starts at 250 mailboxes per workspace, 500,000 emails a month, 2,000,000 contacts and 50 workspaces, and adds custom limits and dedicated onboarding. Select Contact sales on the billing page, or book a demo, and we will price it around your volume.

Included in every plan

  • Email warmup
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX checks
  • Mailbox reputation scoring and spam scoring before every send
  • Multi-step sequences and mailbox rotation across a campaign
  • Unified inbox
  • Campaign and mailbox analytics
  • Lead import, lists and custom fields
  • Suppression lists and one-click unsubscribe
  • Two-factor authentication and single sign-on
  • Import from Instantly, Smartlead and MailerLite

How limits work

Limits are hard stops. There is no overage billing and no per-email charges. Credits are only for enrichment and AI actions, and you buy them only if you want them.

  • When the monthly email limit is reached, sending stops until the next cycle or until you move to a larger plan.
  • Past their limits, new mailboxes, contacts and active campaigns are refused with a message that names the limit.
  • Mailboxes and team members are counted per workspace. Emails, contacts and campaigns are counted across all the workspaces the owner owns.

Your current usage is shown under Usage on the billing page. For per-mailbox daily caps, see sending limits and daily caps.
