Create your account and workspace

You create a Fuzegenai account at /signup with an email and password or with Google, then create a workspace to hold your campaigns, mailboxes and team. The 14-day trial starts when the account is created and does not need a credit card.

Sign up

1. Go to /signup.
2. Select Sign up with Google, or fill in Full Name, Email and Password and select Sign up.

Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Very common passwords are rejected, and the form tells you why.

Verify your email

If you signed up with an email and password, the page changes to Verify your email. We send a link to the address you entered. Select it to confirm the account. You are then signed in automatically.

• Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam folder, then select Resend verification email.
• Typed the wrong address? Select Change email address to go back to the form.
• If the link has expired, the page shows Link expired. Enter your email and select Send new verification link.

If you signed up with Google, Google has already confirmed your address, so you go straight to the next step.

Create your workspace

A workspace holds your campaigns, inboxes and team members. The app also calls it an organization. They are the same thing.

After verifying, you land on the Workspaces page with the Create a workspace panel open.

1. Enter a Name. The workspace URL is previewed under the field.
2. Optionally add a Logo (an image up to 2 MB).
3. Select Create workspace.

You can rename the workspace later. During the trial you can own one workspace. Paid plans allow more, as described in plans and the free trial.

If a teammate invited you instead, the Workspaces page lists the invite under Pending invitations. Select Accept & join.

Go through onboarding

The first time you open a workspace, a setup wizard asks a few questions so the app can pick sensible defaults.

Required steps:

2. Workspace
3. Goals
4. Ideal customer
5. Sender setup

Optional steps, each with a skip option:

• Connect inbox: connect Google, Microsoft or an SMTP mailbox. See connecting Gmail and Google Workspace.
• Invite teammates
• Connect CRM
• Import leads
• Connect calendar: shown only if you picked Book meetings as your main goal.

In a hurry? Select Skip onboarding at the top of the wizard, then Skip to dashboard. Everything in the optional steps can be done later from the dashboard.

What to do next

1. Connect a mailbox.
2. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain.
3. Launch your first campaign.
